Vivid hot magenta — neon pink with more body than pure red

Flux is a neon palette designed around maximum chromatic range — four vivid hues chosen to cover as much of the visible spectrum as a four-color neon system can reach, arranged against a near-black void that lets each color generate its own apparent luminosity. Electric Teal and Neon Purple represent the cool half of the palette; Laser Yellow and Hot Magenta represent the warm half. The four together cover cyan-green, violet, yellow, and pink-red — the four quadrants of vivid color, hitting each at full saturation.

What makes Flux distinct from simply "four random neons" is the specific selection of hue positions. Electric Teal at 172° avoids the pure green (which appears frequently) and the pure cyan (which is common in tech branding) to occupy the blue-green boundary where teal is both cool and energetic. Neon Purple at 285° sits deep into the violet-purple range rather than the more familiar blue-purple, giving it a heavier, more mysterious quality. This selection creates a palette with internal contrasts that are genuinely dynamic rather than merely bright.

Laser Yellow is the palette's most optically aggressive member — near-chartreuse at high saturation, the color that the human visual system responds to most intensely. Against Deep Void, it radiates. Hot Magenta provides the warm-pink complement to Electric Teal, creating a cross-palette tension between the two cool-warm pairs that gives any design using all four tones a sense of visual energy that feels genuinely electric rather than just colorful. The palette is designed to be used with Deep Void as the background canvas — attempting to use it on white or light backgrounds will lose most of what makes these colors work.

Flux is suited to electronic music and DJ brands, nightclub and event visual identities, gaming and esports design, blockchain and crypto-adjacent technology products with a bold visual identity, cyberpunk-influenced fashion and streetwear, and any creative brand that operates primarily in dark digital contexts and needs a neon palette that covers the full spectral range without defaulting to the standard hot-pink-and-electric-blue combination.
